George Chen For Torrance is an in-depth interview I conducted with the 2022 mayoral candidate.

He’s a current city councilman for Torrance.  But to be clear, George is not a lifetime politician – nope.

Similar to his conservative values, George waited until he retired as an aerospace engineer to enter politics.

As a lifelong resident of Torrance, George and his wife raised their kids in the Los Angeles suburb.  And now their grandkids are being raised in Torrance as well.

But George’s family ties to Torrance don’t end there.  Because as we started recording our interview his mom called.

Which reminded him to turn down the ringer volume on his cell phone.  While he also joked that she probably needs a ride to her hairdresser. :0)

George generously gave us 90-minutes of his busy schedule.  And no questions were off-limits.

No Questions Were Off-Limits

For instance, George freely commented on the state of elections and their questionable integrity.

Moreover, the problems Torrance residents face with being part of Los Angeles County.  Specifically being under the authority of pro-criminal LA County District Attorney George Gascon.

Plus, where George Chen stands on the LA County Board of Supervisors.  And what he thinks about current politicians impacting Southern California – including, Maxine Waters, Ted Lieu, Nancy Pelosi, Gavin Newsom, and event former President Donald J. Trump.

Deep Dive Interview with George Chen For Torrance

So, the Torrance, California mayoral election is on June 7th, 2022.  To be clear, that date is also the statewide primary election for many other public offices.

And that includes Torrance City Council seats.  One of which Jon Kaji is running for.  As well as another Lauran Cotner is running for.
